Happiness is Cold Watermelon
WATERMELON JUICE
Another great way to stay hydrated and create a refreshing treat. It is a quick and easy recipe and has an instant cooling effect.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Cut the rind off the watermelon and then cut it into small size chunks. Place watermelon into a blender and blend it for about 1 min, until it’s completely liquid.
2.
Place a mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour watermelon juice in the strainer. Let juice drain out. You can pick up the strainer and rock it from side to side to help the juice come out. Don’t use the spoon on this process because this will allow some of the pulp to get through the strainer.
3.
You can use the watermelon leftover pulp for a smoothie or use it as an addition to salads and dressings.
4.
Enjoy watermelon juice over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves or a small watermelon slice, if desired!
