CHEESY
GARLIC BREAD

This Cheesy Garlic Bread comes together in under 30 minutes and you can serve it alongside soups or salads as an easy, delicious side dish.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.

Preheat your oven to 400° Fahrenheit and cut your French baguette lengthwise and place on top of a baking sheet.

2.

In a small bowl combine softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning. Spread evenly on each side of the garlic bread. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

3.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. You can also broil the top for 1-2 minutes at the end to give it a more crisp top.

4.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

1 french baquette

1/2 cup unsalted butter softened

5 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Toppings: fresh Parsley, freshly ground black pepper, to taste
