ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN

In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Pour the marinade over the chicken and simmer until it thickens, about 5 minutes.

5.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve!

4 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

1 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Salt and pepper to taste
