HONEYDEW
and CUCUMBER SORBET

The refreshing taste a sweet honeydew along with the envigorating cucumber create an instant recipe for happiness!

TOTAL TIME:30 MINUTES
SERVES:2

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.

Cut the honeydew into small cubes and spread out on a baking sheet.

2.

Put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours until frozen.

3.

Peel and remove the skin from the cucumber. Grate cucumber flesh on a box grater. Put the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen cloth and lightly squeeze it over a bowl to collect the juices. Repeat the process as many times as necessary.

4.

Once frozen, put the cubes in the blender with the lemon juice, cucumber juice and sweetener.

INGREDIENTS:

1 honeydew melon, peeled

1 american slicing cucumber

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water to help it start blending.

6.

Blend until smooth.

7.

Put it back into the freezer for another hour until it sets.
