EASY GREEK TZATZIKI SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Slice the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut into small chunks.
2.
Put the cucumber into a bowl lined with paper towels. Press cucumber to release as much liquid as possible and set aside.
3.
Put the yogurt into a medium bowl and stir the cucumber into the yogurt.
4.
Add the minced garlic, zest from 1/2 lemon, and juice from 1/2 lemon.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into small chunks
1 tbsp dried dill (2 Tbsp fresh dill)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic
zest from 1/2 lemon
juice from
1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp olive oil
pepper

Add 1 tablespoon dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste), and a few grinds of black pepper.
6.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with additional dill.
