INSTRUCTIONS:

In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, and ½ cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.

In a bowl, mix the mandarin juice, lemon juice, and cooled sugar syrup.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.

4.

Serve in scoops and enjoy!
