MINI WATERMELON (Citrullus lanatus)

Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) is a flowering plant species of the Cucurbitaceae family and the name of its edible fruit. It was originally domesticated in Africa. It is a highly cultivated fruit worldwide, with more than 1,000 varieties. The mini watermelon is characterized by smooth skin with wide light green striations. The flesh is bright red and is seedless.

Watermelon has a high content of vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, Potassium, Sodium. SHORT STORY

Seedless watermelons were initially developed in 1939 by Japanese scientists who were able to create seedless hybrids. Seedless watermelons look and taste like ordinary watermelons minus the black seed.
